This does exactly what it says it does and it doesn't have any additional bells & whistles that can break and ruin it. There are no silicone o-rings and complicated mechanisms, just a plastic lid which clicks shut with a perfect seal. It does not leak. It's very easy to clean. It holds a decent amount of liquid, and is big enough for any regular protein shake/hydration fluid dosage. I bought this for hydration fluid and use it frequently. It has never leaked on me or caused me any issues. It's simple, well designed, functions as described and holds all promises. I literally cannot fault this. And to top it off ... It's so cheap ... cheaper than all the worse ones, somehow!

I've been using the PhD Nutrition Mixball Shaker for a few weeks and it works very well. The wire whisk mixes protein powder smoothly without leaving clumps, even with thicker shakes. Compared to other shakers I’ve tried, this one blends much better. The lid screws on securely and doesn’t leak, and the flip cap closes tightly. The red lid is easy to spot and the transparent bottle makes it simple to measure liquid levels. The 600ml size is ideal, giving enough space for most shakes without being too bulky. It is also easy to clean with warm water after each use. At £3.99 when I bought it, it's excellent value for money. It does exactly what it’s meant to and feels well-made for the price.
