First of all this has a strong banana taste which I personally enjoyed but might not be for everyone. Having a shake for lunch I felt full through to tea time so it definitely works. The texture is grainy and does feel a bit like drinking oats. I didn't feel like it was chalky and didn't leave any odd tastes or film in my mouth at all. I used a blender to whizz up the shake and found just mixing with water was sufficient to get a good taste and creaminess, however you could use milk to get some extra protein. This is a great choice for a meal replacement and one pack lasts a week or two depending how many meals you opt to replace making it pretty decent value for money.

MILLIONAIRE SHORTBREAD. I am currently on moun jaro ZMQ421 gives 40 off from med express so I use this to replace my meals So I’ve had the chocolate one before and hated it. So considering my obsession with Greggs millionaire shortbread I thought id replace it with this on my diet I’ve tried all different shakes and they never taste great or mix well. This one is absolutely lovely. It tastes exactly as it should. Just as you expect. Biscuit flavour at first and then a lovely caramel after taste. Mixes really well within 10 seconds no need to keep shaking and still having clumps. No watery taste. It makes me full and keeps me going for hours. Xx

Hi, so I read a few reviews complaining about ," it tastes gritty. It's too thick after taste etc. " But I thought it's such a reasonable price so had to give it a try . My experience......made as per instructions . Too sweet, too thick , grainy. So I make up 250mls half water half semi skimmed milk, with one! scoop of powder. Let it sit for 5, add some ice as it's perfect for my liking. Very satiating, pleasant ,no aftertaste and I'm loosing fat!👍💯 Would recommend.

Ho aspettato un' attimo per valutare il prodotto. Volevo provarlo come si deve. Premessa che non sono realmente in grado di valutare la composizione del pasto, ma solo il gusto e la "sazietà" che dà. L' ho trovato un buon prodotto. Il sapore è abbastanza gradevole e dolce. Lo preferisco con la sola acqua perché così è meno dolce. Mi piace molto con dentro una tazza di caffè. A differenza di alcuni altri che avevo provato non fa grumi e rimane abbastanza liquido. Per quanto riguarda la sazietà. Con me funziona alla grande. Alcune volte non mi viene nemmeno fame a metà mattina o al pomeriggio, (dipende quando prendo il pasto). Io sono sicura che ne prenderò altri.

strawberries and cream tastes delicious. highly recommend you buy their vortex shake beaker as it makes blending the mix really easy. I only use cold water with this mix and it tastes creamy and very rich. definitely will be trying other flavours. I have been using shakes for over a year and lost over 15kg, along with intermittent fasting and keto diet. works a treat. used to use another brand but they have stopped selling on amazon, tried several others and they tasted horrid. this tastes excellent! very good price too.
